We are in the process of restoring services following the earlier disruption. Most services are now recovering and we are continuing to monitor system performance closely to ensure stability.
Some customers may still experience intermittent issues as recovery progresses.

Investigating

We're currently experiencing an impact due to an ongoing AWS outage, which is affecting several services. As a result, a subset of our customers may experience downtime in some of our services. You may also notice slower response times or intermittent issues.
Our teams are actively working to restore these services as quickly as possible.
This incident has also impacted Sales Intelligence (SI) exports and some customers may experience failures or delays when attempting to run exports. We'll continue to monitor the situation closely and will share further updates as soon as we have more information.
